The staff were exceptionally welcoming and could not do enough for our group, right from our leader who made the experience memorable for our young carers to the catering manager who catered to every individual person's needs and requirements. | NST Travel Group | NST were reliable, all coaches were on time and the rep who met us was very helpful in getting us to the hotel and settled. On one of the days we had an older coach and some of the seatbelts didn't work. We had a positive feedback from children of their experience.
