There were some issues with the hotel rooms, we were placed dotted around the hotel with adults and older teens in between our rooms. The allergy and food requirements weren't taken seriously (bread being put onto the cutlery of a celiac student). Complaints about noise and disrutption not taken seriously by hotel staff.

We have used Travelbound as a tour company a number of times now and find them to be helpful and efficient. All aspects of the tour were well planned and there were no problems with bookings, facilities, concert venues, sightseeing venues, coach, travel timings etc. The whole tour ran very smoothly. The Italian tour rep was particularly helpful. The Hotel was suitable for those of secondary age and above. The food in particular was excellent. There was a pool that was available to students.
