Travel Bound were extremely organized and ensured our trip ran smoothly and without fault. Sian out travel bound rep was easy to communicate with and was a pleasure to have on our trip as an extra pair of hands.

We would not recommend this company. Once they had secured our booking, our representative was unhelpful and at times confrontational. Our concerns were not addressed prior to departure. The hotel we were allocated was not suitable and they were struggling to cope with all the school groups who were booked in. Our flight tickets were not sent through until we requested them at 10pm the night before our early morning flight and we ended up chasing both our outward and inward coach travel providers ourselves, as the tour company only provided scant details. With hindsight, we also feel we were overcharged for all elements of the trip and much less than we expected was included in our package. There appeared to be no appreciation for the fact that we were a school group and that our students had limited funds. We will not use them again.
