Children enjoyed the day and asked many questions to support their understanding of the BCM (December 2021 - Primary School)

A really good visit, made even better by the guides that showed us around the site. A lot of investment is currently taking place at the museum, which will guarantee our return in the future. (November 2021 - Primary School)

(October 2021 - Primary School)

Well organised. Group leaders were helpful and knowledgeable. Children learned a lot about the Black Country in the past. Demonstrators (in houses) very year 1 appropriate. Some group leaders were better than others at ensuring they pitched their talk at the correct level for year 1 children. Booking process very difficult and very unaccommodating. (October 2021 - Primary School)

Great venue, especially for photography students. Friendly staff who made the visit easy to organise. (October 2021 - Secondary School)

Staff very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. (October 2021 - Primary School)

Lots of building work taking place this year and the booked sessions were short and unfortunately children didn't get much out of them (October 2021 - Primary School)

(July 2021 - Secondary School)

A fantastic trip and day out. Staff were excellent and the establishment was organised effectively in line with COVID safety. The children enjoyed the visit and there was lots learning opportunities throughout the day. For organisation, the children would have benefitted from smaller groups (7/8 chn) rather than 15 as getting them into shops etc was a squeeze but consideration would need to be considered for staff ticket costs. (July 2021 - Primary School)

Always enjoyable, tour guides are extremely knowledgeable and the setting is very eye-opening! (February 2020 - Secondary School)

An excellent venue. A large heated room was used for our toy workshop which provided plenty of space for the children to explore the toys. The guides were experienced in talking to young children. (January 2020 - Primary School)
