Description
The Skelton Grange project aims to promote an understanding of environmental issues to children and young people of all backgrounds and abilities, and demonstrate environmental good practice. It also provides specialist help, information and resources on all aspects of environmental education. Since opening in 1992, education and training has been provided through the centre for well over 100,000 people and it now has a national reputation for excellence and innovation in the field.
There are loads of ways to get involved at Skelton Grange. Please visit our website to find out more about Education & Play, Volunteering, Training and Venue Hire! Another great way to find out about what we do is to visit our Facebook page, which we regularly update.
The centre is a partnership between The Conservation Volunteers and National Grid, with support from Leeds City Council.
