Instructors were amazing. Centre is well located, 5-10 minutes walk from Castleton village. Catering/food was very good and service quick/efficient. Centre staff very pleasant and keen to help, but did not always know what they were doing. Did not know how to turn off the heating, which key to use to open specific doors or how to work the AV systems in the group rooms. These are areas that they could improve on.

Another fantastic visit to the Hollowford Centre! All the staff were amazing as always and really adapted each activity to suit our individual children's needs. Great accommodation and wonderful food - can't fault it and looking forward to next year's visit!
