ZSL London Zoo | | Zoo it self was great and very interesting. The workshop was very basic for what we are paying for, although engaging didn't add to the trip. The workshop was just a room for students to touch animal skins, was mostly adult run by the school. Was almost as if paying for the room. | 11 March 2022 |
Museum of London | | Helpful guides, not too busy, clean lunch room | 11 March 2022 |
Science Museum | | All students were engaged and learnt so much from the experience. For some of them it was their first time using public transport so going through ticket stiles, waiting for trains, checking timetables and learning how to behave on public transport were great life skills. In the Science Museum, the students went to an interactive exhibition which most found enjoyable and got involved in wandering around and trying new experiments. | 11 March 2022 |

Science Museum | | Overall the trip went well.
However the following incident occurred with one of our SEN children:
1. On the way to the station Z refused to walk in the line because he saw Morrison's and wanted to go there. Nabiha used diversion strategies to gain his attention which didn't work as Dad didn't give it time and started pulling him by the arm and passively saying 'Let's go'. Zeeshan broke free of Dad and ran into the main road with an oncoming bus and car. Nabiha and Dad threw themselves into the road to grab him without first checking the road for their own safety.
2. Zeeshan didn't follow the class at the entrance to the museum because he noticed the ice cream van and wouldn't cooperate so Dad bought him one.
3. Upon entering the museum to catch up with the class they had to pass the gift shop. Zeeshan wanted as many things as he could have - Dad paid twice (perhaps up to £100).
4. Followed by security guards who thought Dad and Nabiha might be harming him. A member of public might have told Z to SSShhhhh and Dad said "Shut up you don't know what he's going through".

Robinwood Cross Lanes Activity Centre | | Another very successful visit cannot fault the Robin Wood staff or Center at all, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. | 10 March 2022 |
Kingswood Bembridge, Isle of Wight | | Felt looked after and supported by the Kingswood staff. Activities were right for our group, and allowed a range of personalities to be met. The more confident ones able to push themselves, the less confident ones doing exactly the same activity not being as daring but still feeling they extended themselves. | 10 March 2022 |
Milestones Museum | | | 10 March 2022 |
Warwick Castle | | Great talks and free archery activities available. There was also provision made for us to eat our lunch undercover when it rained. A pre-visit was also offered. However, the Educational Visits team at Warwick were very poor at communicating information about the booking and itinerary. | 10 March 2022 |
Wellington College | | Brilliant organisation that enabled our students to get a lot from the activities provided. The staff who gave up their time for us on the day could not have done any more to make the day successful. | 10 March 2022 |
Thinktank Birmingham science museum | | Very accommodating with our group as our bus broke down on the way. They were able to change the day around and fit us in to cover our key focus as well as rearrange our workshop. | 10 March 2022 |
Tower of London - Historic Royal Palaces | | We had a fantastic day out at the Tower of London - the children thoroughly enjoyed the day and learnt lots to bring back to the classroom! The workshop we had was brilliant and really engaging for the children, and the self-led tours were well-resourced so that we could prepare before arriving and make the most of the day. Lunch rooms could be booked which was really useful. We will definitely be visiting again! | 10 March 2022 |
Scropton Riding & Driving Centre | | | 10 March 2022 |

Beamish Museum | | The children gained lots of hands on, practical experiences on the trip and were very excited about the real life scenarios that they were able to see and participate in throughout the day. The day ran very smoothly and staff could not have been more helpful when needed. The trip provided lots of experiences that the children might not get to have elsewhere. The children were asking thoughtful questions and wanted to find out more about the Victorian way of life. | 09 March 2022 |
Barleylands Farm | | Students had a great day, not only did they enjoy it but they learnt a lot and got to experience things they wouldn't always have access too. Some saw animals they have never seen before and got to learn about these animals. Staff were excellent | 09 March 2022 |
Warwick Castle | | Excellent day out. Communication between school and Warwick castle was difficult and needs improving. The school group email address given to me was not the correct one to contact the school leader. Not enough staff present at Warwick to give separate workshops. | 09 March 2022 |
