Despite pre-ordering and paying for our tickets, queues to collect these tickets took almost 90 minutes. As a youth group we had been originally advised to collect from the schools entrance but on arrival were turned away to the main queues for tickets. Once inside we had to collect fast passes, which also took almost an hour to collect and assign to young people. As such, young people only had approximately 3 hours to access rides, with some waiting times as long as an hour. (September 2019 - Secondary - Post No: 15797 )

Welcome/arrival could be managed better. Arrival form should be given to lead teacher in advance to allow completion prior to arrival at venue - no time to complete in detail so therefore not useful. Adult and student tickets should be separated. Ticket collection "tent" should be much closer to coach park - much time wasted walking all the way to the entrance and back again to distribute tickets to staff and students. Wheelchair - need to book beforehand as there were none available on the day. Queue exemption cards - individuals need medical evidence (i.e. doctors note, x-ray, report etc) in order to get a queue pass.
