It was a useful visit to calm worries and allow children with neurodiverse conditions to familiarise themselves with the location before going on residential there.

The staff were very accomodating and worked hard to ensure all adults and children were happy, with excellent food and suitable activities. The house itself was quite dirty in some areas, with cobwebs, dirty floors and some mouldy food found under beds. In one of the staff bedrooms was a distinct smell of mould and damp, which meant the member of staff had to sleep elsewhere the next night.
