Suitable for pre school, EYFS, KS1 & KS2 children, our education programme not only supports Food, Farming and STEM delivery in schools, but offers a unique experience where children can enjoy a fun day out, taking part in activities that enhance learning, mental health and wellbeing along with environmental awareness. We are the ideal outdoor classroom, and our specialist team are dedicated to creating fun interactive school visits that are curriculum linked. The programme offers a unique hands on cookery workshops, which really brings the field to fork story together. For families, it really is great free range family fun at Barleylands, with so many things to do. From meeting our farmyard friends, taking a tractor and trailer ride and jumping on our huge bouncy pillow, to watching magnificent bird of prey shows, having fun in our indoor ball blasting arena or enjoying afternoon tea at our on site Tiptree restaurant, there is something for everyone. Next to Barleylands Farm Park, you will also discover Barleylands Village. the Village is free to browse, and here you can take part in arts and craft, visit the shops for a unique gifts, or catch up with friends in the Tiptree Tearoom located in the heart of the Village.
