Home of the Codebreakers

Bletchley Park, once the top-secret home of the World War Two Allied codebreaking, is now a vibrant heritage attraction, open to visitors daily. Perhaps most well known for the breaking of the Enigma cipher, thought to be unbreakable, it is a site of exceptional historical importance and innovation. It played a major role in World War Two, decrypting secret intelligence which had a direct and profound influence on the outcome of the conflict. We welcome schools, universities and other groups who can choose to take part in our popular and award-winning STEM-based learning programme.

It is important to select a learning session which is suitable for your group. I feel like this session was pitched a bit low so will selected a higher level one for the next visit

Maths and Computer Science pupils should include a visit to the National Museum of Computing as well and book the guided tour - it is fascinating and the guides really know their stuff.
