| Conway Centre - Anglesey | Albeit our residential visit fulfilled our needs and objectives in terms of GCSE work, unfortunately, there were a number of safety/security issues which tarnished our experience over the weekend. These concerns have been reported to our Headteacher, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Educational Visit Co-ordinator and Head of Conway Centre. Ultimately, if these safeguarding/security issues are not resolved by the Conway Centre, I would not recommend taking students to the Centre. | 10 February 2023 | |
| Streatham Ice Arena | During the trip a member of staff fell over. The First Aid team at venue attended, assessed the situation which resulted in myself taking the member of staff to a nearby Accident and Emergency Croydon Mayday. Following an x-ray a conclusion was that the member of staff had broken a bone in his leg and 2 chips in the ankle bone. | 10 February 2023 | |

| European Study Tours | There were a few issues with the itinerary and not allowing enough time for activities. On reflection, we might choose to swap a few activities around.
