Staff were very attentive with pupils. I was welcomed by Matthew, a member of staff. He directed us to the toilets. He then found us, stamped our tickets, checked us in. I was able to ask him multiple questions regarding the venue. The pupils had a great time and would be happy to plan and organise this trip next year. All pupils apart from 2 were on time and pick u was very straight forward. On reflection, I need to remember to collect the blue wristbands which were given to the children at the start of the trip.

Helpful climbing wall manager. Good wall for our purposes (small group of GCSE PE climbers) Reasonable price. (June 2021 - Secondary School)
Would have been better if coach / minibus car park was more clearly labelled / directed. Also if there weren't lots of cars parked in the minibus bays. (March 2020 - Secondary School)
