Great sleepover in the 360 tunnel. Make sure the coach knows where to pick you up from as the area around the centre is a pedestrian area.

Made to feel welcome. Children loved the sea life. We were able to touch a starfish which many children enjoyed. They also loved the tunnel and the otters.
We didn't think the workshop that we paid extra for was worth it (sat on the floor / was activities we could have done back at school) and wouldn't pay for one of these next time we visit, however the lady running the workshop was very enthusiastic and engaging.
We found that we had completed all of the attractions in less time than we thought and found ourselves looping round on ourselves to fill the time.

Staff weren't always as helpful as they could be! (March 2022 - Primary School)
We didn't go (January 2021 - Primary School)
A good educational visit and the behind the tours extra package was worth the price. I felt that at times the venue was too busy as there were several schools booked in at one time. (February 2020 - Primary School)
Lots of things to see and do. Children learnt about the delicate ecosystem of the oceans and the impact humans are having on it. (January 2020 - Primary School)
Great places to visit, the children were always excited about what they saw and what there was to see next along the way. (January 2020 - Primary School)
Good day out (December 2019 - Primary School & Secondary School)
Very enjoyable visit, staff extremely efficient and helpful when a child was taken ill. (November 2019 - Primary School)
Great for lunchtime
A range of animals
very busy! (November 2019 - Primary School)
Not very well organised. They knew that we had booked, but still insisted we join the queue and print off all out tickets. Nowhere for students to stand whilst this wa going on. (October 2019 - Secondary School)

The administration had made an error and we had been given a different date to the sea life centre staff, however we were still admitted (June 2019 - Primary School)

Sea Life Centre were not organised around lunch, our room for lunch was 20 minutes late with other schools still in them and when we did get in our tub with food and coats in was not there, meaning we had to talk to staff and have it collected and brought to us making the children wait another 10 minutes. In the end we didn't have lunch until after 1:30pm and only had 15 minutes before another school came in. (January 2019 - Primary School)

Overall, a good experience. The Sea Life Centre provided adequate lunch rooms and were accommodating with time (as one group went 15 minutes early). Classes stayed together which worked better for us instead of splitting into smaller groups. It wold have been beneficial for all of us to start at the entrance as there was a lot of walking backwards and forwards at the beginning of the day. (July 2018 - Primary School)

A great experience for the Year 2 children. There was a lot of discussion and childen produced good recounts of the day. (April 2018 - Primary School)
Only had one set of available toilets, due to building work, this caused a problem as there were three other schools plus members of the public.
Morning sessions were brilliant, very quite, in the afternoon there needs to be a planned activity as the volume of the public increased considerably and this meant it was hard to move around with the class. (March 2018 - Primary School)
(March 2018 - Primary School)
SeaLife Centre was very congested with four other schools visiting at the time. Areas became very congested and unable to move at times. (March 2018 - Primary School)
When organising the trip we couldn't contact the centre by phone. Communications by email were not responded to either but the day itself was great. (March 2018 - Primary School)
Great tour and lots of information for children to take back to school with them. (February 2018 - Primary School)
