The whole day was lead by the Museum staff. They provided a good range of activities including, looking at artefacts, craft, drama and a trail. The pace was good and they covered a lot. It worked well as an introduction to our Roman topic but would have also worked as a conclusion.
The venue is small and closed to the public during the mornings which worked well for managing behhaviour. (April 2024 - Primary School)

It was the perfect first school trip for Reception children as we had the Museum to ourselves, so it felt contained and safe. The activities were age appropriate and engaging. (November 2023 - Primary School)
