The tour guide for the workshop was excellent {Adam} and the children were very engaged. The timings of the trip were just right for the age of the children. The only thing to comment on was that the museum was very warm and as it is quite dark it made a few children complain that they didn't feel too well. (February 2024 - Primary School)

Museum was lovely. Disappointing that so many of the interactive displays were out of action for updates/repairs. No mention of this when we booked.
The staff were extremely helpful.
We booked the Little Liverpool session. This had the potential to be an amazing experience but it was so rushed, the children were unable to interact with the resources in the room. Very disappointed with this. (March 2022 - Primary School)

Museum were very accommodating! The weather wasn't great and we were able to make use of the 'lunch room' even though it wasn't our allocated time slot. We were also a little delayed arriving for the first workshop due to traffic, they still ran both sessions for the correct amount of time. (November 2021 - Primary School)

We were "looked after" extremely well in an amazing building. The staff organising the event were always on hand to answer questions and check we were ok.
