Great venue for a variety of team building adventurous activities such as canoeing and raft building. Was much better this year not allowing chn to jump in the river at the end. This residential was beautifully organised by the visit leaders from start to finish (thank you Rosie) and we have already booked our next residential for year 6.
No unforeseen risks or hazards came to light (other than the dogs on the far bank during kayaking, which the activity leaders are aware of).

Y3 had a great time. The centre were very accommodating when we revised our timing to make the lunchtime a bit shorter. I think any younger years would probably be better just doing a morning's activities rather than a full day as it was full on and very tiring. (July 2021 - Primary School)

This was an absolutely fantastic residential. The centre is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. The staff cannot do enough to ensure that the children have a wonderful time. The meals are wholesome and well prepared with children in mind. This is our third year and we will definitely be returning next year. The children experienced adventurous activities which challenged and extended their aspirations. In addition to this, they developed their personal skills, learnt to work as part of a team and developed leadership skills. All children experienced a successful residential visit in a challenging but rewarding environment, beyond their classroom. (March 2019 - Primary School)
