Useful day for students. Tour around Churchill College was informative and the CCPE Activities in the afternoon were useful in stretching the students and their physics knowledge. Was very well received by the Students. (February 2020 - Secondary School)

Excellent exposure to subjects above A level (December 2019 - Secondary School)

Easy access, lovely facilities (October 2019 - Secondary School)

A very informative afternoon covering some areas of Physics research and a wide variety of professions that employ physicists. Each group visited 6 short presentations which were mostly aimed at KS4/5 and usually explained unfamiliar concepts that the students had not met yet in their studies. Some of the sessions were lecture based, other demo based and some even interactive. The latter being preferred by most students. Some of eth students did answer questions as well as ask the odd question but were mostly very quiet and needed encouraging to engage with the presenters. (September 2019 - Secondary School)

the level of content was high even for the a-level class with only a small amount of information being understood. The day was great and the activities were enjoyable but underlying physics was not easy to access. (April 2019 - Secondary School)
