Everything about the Conway Centre and its staff was brilliant and I would love to take children back. It was a fantastic experience for all the children and staff. The staff really personalised the experience for each child because they got to know them so quickly. (June 2023)

Albeit our residential visit fulfilled our needs and objectives in terms of GCSE work, unfortunately, there were a number of safety/security issues which tarnished our experience over the weekend. These concerns have been reported to our Headteacher, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Educational Visit Co-ordinator and Head of Conway Centre. Ultimately, if these safeguarding/security issues are not resolved by the Conway Centre, I would not recommend taking students to the Centre. (February 2023 - Secondary School)

Most Rangers were friendly, and very helpful, with good knowledge of the children. Security codes for doors did not work and caused a lot of problems. Some of the children's rooms were not cleaned or ready for them. (February 2022 - Primary School)

Excellent tuition provided for our children in a safe and stimulating environment. Staff were extremely patient and kind as well as knowledgeable. All activities were carried out in a safe manner. As always the Canolfan Centre provide a high quality experience for our students. Because they were busy at this time, they offered us alternative activities which were suitable and enjoyable. However, not all of our children had the same experience in terms of time spent in the speedboat and everybody getting a chance to drive.
