It was very hard to keep the children in their groups in the snow play area. Next time I would station adults around the circle so children can be seen at all times. (December 2023 - Primary School)

The half hour snow play experience could have been better. The staff sent half our groups one way around the circuit and the other half the opposite way but when they met in the middle it was impossible to pass as groups. We took 150 children in our group but the Snowdome also had groups of general public, including a disabled group in wheelchairs on skis which made it difficult for them to pass through, it felt far too busy. Some of the general public were not happy and complained to our staff about too many children being there. (December 2022 - Primary School)

Parking was an issue for coaches but the staff at the SnowDome were very helpful and supportive. All staff were friendly and approachable and supportive of children with additional needs. I would consider visiting again to try different activities. It felt safe, clean and well organised inside. (February 2019 - Primary School)
