| Rayburn Tours Ltd | Rayburn Tours provided us with an effective tour to Austria with a hotel that was perfectly appointed for a large group of secondary school children on a music tour. It had ample rehearsal space and recreational facilities and the food and hospitality was excellent. The main weaknesses from their service were that once the tour was booked it was sometimes difficult to get contact from our designated tour rep, and the tour rep sent on the trip lacked experience of the venues and itinerary. | 13 November 2023 | |
