The students really enjoyed seeing the great diversity of aquatic life, thety especially enjoyed the hands on opportunities at the rock pool. There were a number of virtual swims too, with sharks etc. priced at £12 which some students tried out. (March 2022 - Secondary School)

The students enjoyed the trip. They saw and learnt about different types of sea life creatures. (November 2021 - Secondary School)

You will not be disappointed! Amazing attraction with such a surprising amount of interactive, bewildering, amusing and informative sights to take in - from mega sharks swimming directly above your head to feeling as your diving under water with the ever graceful penguins. Brilliant day out was had by all! (January 2020 - Secondary School)

(November 2019 - Primary School)

Parking near (bearing in mind this is central London.) Toilet facilities plentiful. Lunch area adequate and children could view exhibits while eating, although it lacked the facility to top up water bottles. Exhibits were excellent, interesting and easily viewable by small children. Information was plentiful and clear throughout. The route through the exhibits was clear and straight forward. (October 2019 - Primary School)

(October 2019)

(July 2019 - Secondary School)

Excellent workshop session - person delivering it was very knowledgeable and had excellent classroom managment skills as well as pitching it at the right level for our year 2s. Majority of Aquarium brilliant. Didn't like the fact they have penguins - such a small, confined space and no natural daylight. Even some of the children were worried the penguins were sad. Having a dedicated lunch space for school groups a big improvement on our previous visit but there weren't enough seats for a class of 30 children and the 6 accompanying adults (sealife centre's specified ratio of 1:5). There needs to be toilets near to the lunch area though - the closest toilets were back at the main entrance up the stairs. (July 2019 - Primary School)

(July 2019 - Primary School)

Excellent venue, well organised (July 2019 - Secondary School)

On the day we visited there were not enough staff around the Aquarium to ask questions. (July 2019 - Primary School)

(June 2019 - Primary School)

(April 2019 - Primary School)

More helpful and approachable attitude from the staff members during the class teacher's pre-visit would have given this 5 stars. (March 2019 - Primary School)

On the day of the trip the staff were very helpful and the fay ran smoothly. There is an allocated place for lunch but it depends on the workshops taking place on the day of the visit whether you can go in. Lunch of course needs to be booked in advance. On the downside, prior to our visit, we went to do a tisk assessment twice and were turned down both times because on the first instance, the booking had been done but no payment was due yet. Although the head office people requested that we are allowed in, the manager refused to do so and we had to leave. On the second occasion, the payment was put through, we had proof in our hands but they could not find it on their systems. After a lot of struggle and lots of phonecalls, we managed to get in for 15’ so that we can have a quick look around for toilet breaks and lunch areas. Staff members were not helpful and at times were very rude. Overall a very frustrating experience prior to the actual visit. (February 2019 - Primary School)
