Honestly, I would not recommend this venue. The rooms were very good and spacious, but the food was terrible, there was no evening entertainment provided and the site was a primary school, which was open during the day. (May 2024 - Secondary School)

Excellent experience in Paris as the animateur team was highly experienced and brought the immersion to the trip.

There is more reliability on bookings from the senior staff at Voyager School Travel than from new staff. The latter were only trained as I needed to progress fast with payments and once the accommodation was found by Voyager School Travel, the programme needed a fair amount of tweaking to take into account travelling time and fix a few bookings on the way. For this trip, we had some issues in the provider changing activities last minute - this caused extra work. The language school was booked for the wrong time. I have written an email outlining issues to Voyager. Otherwise the trip was great. (March 2020 - Secondary School)
Booking with the company was great; final details before travel were missing. Rooms were not sorted (we were 2 beds short); driver number was not provided (had to chase); hotel location to slope was excellent; ski fit could have gone better (more explanation of how it works/ where to leave stuff); hotel facilities lacking (no room for our group for evening activities); had to sort ourselves.

Overall, the experience was very positive. The range of activities, the quality of the food and the accommodation were generally very good. The staff at Arbolar were extremely supportive when we took the precautionary measure of taking a student to hospital. There did seem to be some inconsistencies with some of the other Spanish trips from our school. For example, some groups were able to go on a boat trip but ours did not. On the final day, the intinerary stated that we would receive a packed lunch but the centre were not given this information.
