| Canal and River Trust - Explorers: Foxton Locks | Canal & River Trust were brilliant providers. Their session was perfectly pitched for the group of students that were taking part. It focused around rewarding some of our hard working students and the session embodied the values of our school. | NST Travel Group | NST were utterly useless when it transpired that the hostel that they put us in had an entire floor (2nd floor) affected by bedbugs. They were unable to find us an alternative accommodation and staff had to give up their rooms so that the students could move out of the 2 rooms affected. They also arranged us a tour of the Bernabeu stadium which was undergoing construction work so we couldn't really see all the parts of the stadiums like we did back in 2020. it was utterly disappointing and they had nothing to say for themselves other than 'they didn't know'. NST and the Ventura Hostel were both awful, incompetent and we will be asking for some of the money back as a result. We will not be using the hostel again and I very much doubt NST will be working with us next year | 14 February 2023 | |
