Flamingo Land were incredibly efficient from an admin point of you. This included speed of response and sending out tickets in advance. They were also excellent in refunding tickets that weren't used due to illness of pupils on the day. The park itself boasts a fantastic zoo so caters for those who don't like rides. There is a good mixture of thrill-seeking rides and more calm rides. Suitable for all ages. Very flat ground and easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. I would thoroughly recommend.
