We had excellent service and organisation from Glo-Ed, and the presence of a rep at the location meant that they could respond quickly and effectively to our feedback and requests. (February 2023 - Secondary School)
As the trip leader I felt supported throughout the trip by Glo-Ed. On the first day one of the instructors phoned in sick and because of this we were down to three instructors. On the second day we were told that would would be down to three instructors for the entire week. Glo-Ed contacted the ski school and ensured that we did get our full quota of instructors for the end of the week. Whilst away we had a student air lifted to hospital and Glo-Ed were always on hand to support us and give us advice.
Before the trip Glo-Ed were very supportive in ensuring that the trip was correctly and thoroughly organised so that our pupil with Dwarfism was catered for and that all our students with dietary requirements were provided with appropriate meals. (March 2020 - Secondary School)
