The pupils gained a lot from the adventurous activities in terms of experience and bonding as a team. A firm highlight was caving - it had a fantastic balance between educational learning related to science and geography as well as an adventurous activity pupils had not experienced before. The systems in place at Norfolk Lakes contributed to the smooth organisation and success of this residentail visit of 3 days. The activity staff were professional and engaged the children quickly in the activities. The range of activities on offer was diverse and the water sports were particularly well enjoyed by te puils. The accommodation was suitable for the children although the lack of ventilation on 2 very hot days led to uncomfortable sleeping conditions for the pupils.

I cannot fault this provider from initial booking through to the instruction and car e receive whilst there. I have been to lots of similar venues over the years and this is by far the best. Already booked for 2025! (June 2024 - Primary School)

An amazing venue. Accommodation is the best of any similar venues I have taken pupils to. Equipment is well maintained and organised. Food is excellent. A well organised centre. Instructors and other staff were exceptionally helpful and delivered a high quality experience for the children. The food and accommodation was a very high standard. I wouldn't rate the centre 5 stars because there wasn't an allocated meeting room for our school which meant it was very difficult to speak to our whole group together. Also, the organisation of the accommodation was challenging to manage.
