Adaptable Travel supported our itinerary suggestions and worked well to ensure this was actioned and planned. However, regarding Covid details, such as testing, support about booking testing centres and keeping us up to date - we had to chase this up with the company rather than them being forward in communicating with us, which was rather stressful as the guidance kept changing. They did provide excellent assistance at the airport as we were delayed for several hours and worked to amend out visit to best fir these unforeseen changes. (March 2022)

Poor communication re cancelling of the Glacier Hike, led to us arriving then being told it was closed. Apart from this, everything else ran well - would have been nice if the Glacier Hike had run - did give a refund. (January 2020 - Secondary School)

Late arrivals of documents. Difficult at times to pin the same person down. Gaps in timings which were left for me to sort. Company seem somewhat unclear of health and safety requirements for school trips and leave gaps in their program which I had to create the solution to rather than them - not really what we pay for. Good on the whole but there were issues with contacting them prior to travelling and on the day of our departure the coach company was given a different departure time and location to us. (June 2018 - Secondary School)

There were some miscommunication on items we had ordered such as packed lunch which was not provided. There seemed to be a lot of gaps in the itinerary. I do not feel we had much support in developing the itinerary and we had to look into a lot of it ourselves. We had a 3 hour coach to the VW museum there and back which was way too much for a 3 day trip. (March 2018 - Secondary School)
