| Thinktank Birmingham science museum | Great varied and stimulating facilities for the children to get involved in. The children enjoyed recognising learning they had done in Science, as well as finding out new facts for upcoming Science units within each exhibit. | The Training Partnership | Good, engaging speakers. Venue was a bit chilly and despite a less than half-full auditorium, no-one from our school was picked as a volunteer despite one boy from another school being picked for more than one activity! Share this out more fairly in the future, please! The exam session was disappointingly short and was more vague and generic than I would have expected - more on how to answer stuff (like command words, 6 markers) in the future, please! We took part in an interactive activity for the first time with the students taking part in a webcam / podcast task which we have enjoyed reviewing back at school. | Preston Space Centre | Space is a great venue, with great accessibility for all in the forms of hoists, hygiene suites and lifts. There is plenty for all to enjoy both in terms of it's static equipment and little extras - sensory / musical / massage etc. that the young people can use. The staff are always friendly and will change the music to suit the young people and the lighting etc. There's also a few little buttons that the young people themselves can use to change the colours and lights in sections of the room, great interactive play for them. | 10 November 2021 | |

| Red Ridge Centre | The staff at Redridge are very knowledge and I have absolute confidence in them when the chaildren are doing activities. On Tuesday the groups from climbing/caving and canoing/biking were late back for tea. One group had to wait 45 minutes in the church car park for their coach. I spoke to Rob and the other 2 days were better. The centre itself is clean on arrival but the accomodation probably does need refurbishment. Making lunch for the following day is still not a great activity - it takes a long time and means that the children are sat in the same space from 5.30 until 7pm at least. | 08 November 2021 | |

| PGL Osmington Bay | The staff on the whole were skilled and knowledgeable, they were supportive to all the children's needs. The activities were well equipped and organized. I had some concerns with the facilities e.g. non-flushing toilets and leaky sinks. Any concerns were dealt with quickly, it was a shame that staff and pupils were aware that it was the last week of the season as PGL staff were discussing this. | Nell Bank Charitable Trust | This trip fully met the requirements of the national curriculum for History (Stone Age to Iron Age). The venue was well equipped, providing children with wellies and waterproofs as required and putting a load of washing and drying on for us for some clothes which had been sick on, during the journey. The staff were engaging and knowledgeable and looked after us really well.
