We were welcomed by really polite staff who handed us leaflets and an itinerary of feeding times and talks. This was extremely helpful as we managed to see nearly all of these activities. The children were thoroughly, and excitedly, engaged in their learning and enjoyment of such a wonderful day out. (June 2019 - Primary - Post No: 13432 )

It was a lovely day weather wise, we had a great time. Not sure if the experience would be as enjoyable if the weather was inclement as a lot of walking is required between enclosures. (February 2019 - Primary - Post No: 9815 )

An excellent experience for the students. (November 2018 - Secondary - Post No: 7465 )

We arranged a workshop 'African story time' which was outstanding and pitched perfectly for EY. The work shop was interactive and very hands on and the use of puppets to inspire role play was very good. (November 2018 - Primary - Post No: 7430 )

The Education team made organising visits easy! They were wonderful with our SEN children and we can't wait to visit again. (October 2018 - Primary - Post No: 7103 )

A great day out for all of the children. (September 2018 - Primary - Post No: 6125 )

It was very easy getting pupils in to the zoo, pupils were split in to 5 groups of 10 lead by teaching and support staff, we all met at the agreed lunch and end locations. The pupils were very well behaved throughout the day and enjoyed seeing all of the animals. The butterfly house was a favorite among many pupils. (August 2018 - Secondary - Post No: 5902 )

Zoo very hospitable, assessable and informative. Laid out very well for a self tour. Would suit schools even more if they could open before 10am as its difficult to fit everything in before returning to school but otherwise great! (June 2018 - Primary - Post No: 4477 )

The workshop was good, but it could have been more active and pitched to a higher level as our students already had a good understanding of adaptations. (March 2018 - Secondary - Post No: 1809 )
