The venue was in an appropriate setting for children to access and not too big so they could get round all of it in the half day we were there. It could have had more access to toilets around the park. Children were engaged as most of the animals could be seen. I liked it, that the exit didn't mean we had to go through the gift shop, as this can cause a lot of behaviours for children wanting something they might not be able to have. The children had a really hands on experience during the workshop and were given the opportunity to consolidate their learning. They were then taking on a tour which included detailed explanations of the animals, what they eat and their habitats. (December 2021 - Primary School)

Activities on the whole were engaging and staff helpful, except one member of the team who's first activity overran by 30 minutes delaying all subsequent groups and eventually forcing one class to have a 10-minute lunch and a total re-write of afternoon activities. (October 2018 - Secondary School)

Good, lovely staff, wide access to sites and habitats, very accommodating, no problems at all. Next time liaise more with staff at WW to discuss / tailor the experience for the students even more. (June 2018 - Secondary School)
