The Deep were very accommodating to our needs and were able to move their schedule around to ensure that we were able to participate in the lesson before our coach left. All staff were welcoming and the children absolutely loved the experiences and endless learning opportunities that were available throughout the tour. (May 2022 - Primary School)

The Deep was a brilliant place for educating our children about our oceans. The children are in Year 6 and were still thrilled by the exhibits displayed there. The lesson given by the teachers at The Deep was great and included a variety of scientific skills that the children had been focusing on in school too. (November 2019 - Primary School)

Our trip to The Deep was a fabulous day out for the children. Everybody had lots of fun learning about under water sea creatures and it was the first time most of our children had seen a shark or a turtle. The staff were excellent and really looked after us as well as delivering a pacy, engaging workshop. Would recommend! (October 2019 - Primary School)

The children loved the experience but it was extremely busy with other school trips which spoilt it a little. The Deep might consider capping the amount of school visits they allow in one day for children to get a closer look at the animals and not feel rushed all the way round. (July 2019 - Primary School)

Children learnt new information about sharks which was delivered in an engaging and interactive way. Resources and activities were appropriate and supported learning. Quite a long drive (nearly 1:30 mins) but worth the visit. Good activity and displays. Did not attend shop, no time. Good lunch area. Had to leave coats on bus as no room to store them inside. (January 2019 - Primary School)

The Deep was a fantastic experience for our children and the place itself was outstanding.
The staff around were quite helpful but the welcome on arrival was poor.
We were made to feel the way we had organised the groups was wrong and they were quite patronising at first.
