| Hertfordshire Scouts - Phasels Wood Activity Centre | Good camp site for Duke of Edinburgh. Access is limited to A41 slipway for cars and bus but on foot footpath access is ok. Narrow roads to be aware of. Sadly at the time if year we went the outside washing up facilities were not available which meant lack of hot water. | Kingswood Trust | Kingswood Trust offers wonderful experiences for younger children. Being outside for all the activities encourages then to learn in a different way. It definitely encouraged teamwork and a sense of community. for some it is the first experience being away from home and the environment helps them to deal with this in a safe and secure way.
