| WST Travel Ltd | The staff that I spoke to were very helpful and seemed to be well organised. However, there were two occasions where communication between WST and other providers seemed to break down. Ont he first day, the Pizza Express restaurant claimed that thye had not received the pre-order from WST leading to a delay in everyone receiving their food. On the second day, the Premier Inn staff claimed that they were not aware that we had booked for breakfast which again led to a delay in students getting their food. | 18 July 2023 | |

| Pensthorpe Natural Park | Great for pond dipping and follow up on our topic of animals (especially birds). Lovely grounds to walk around in summer and we had our lunch under trees in the shade.
