It was a brilliant trip for our age group, lots of brilliant attractions and animals to see up close. The children adored it. (July 2021 - Primary School)

Kings Ferry coaches were excellent and patient with the pupils. Chessington was great fun and very safe with the covid restrictions. (July 2021 - Primary School)

Very busy and not all rides were working all day therefore joining other rides for queues. (July 2021)

Staff were helpful and the theme park had worked hard to ensure that Covid-19 guidelines were followed. (July 2021 - Primary School)

We had a great day although the time changes for the rides were frustrating, e.g. Dragon's Fury was shown to only take 20 minutes and some groups waited for over an hour. (July 2021 - Primary School)

Fantastic day out and almost all Year 5/6 met height restrictions for all rides! (May 2021 - Primary School)

The theme park is looking very tired and unappealing. The queue times very very long and students did not get to do everything they wanted (July 2019 - Secondary School)

(July 2019 - Primary School)

As a location to take a group of year 9 students, it was perfect. Easy to navigate, small queues for rides and enough to entertain for a full day. (July 2019 - Secondary School)

The resort has a lot of excellent rides and activities but the queues are very long meaning that students don't get to go on very many. Also they have a ridiculous system of making you wait on your coach until it is your turn to go in. While I appreciate they are managing a large amount of arrivals all at once they need to have a better queuing system as once we arrived we were stuck on the coach for almost an hour. Another fun, enjoyable trip. The African workshop allows the boys to compare a different environment and habitat. Not as warm and sunny this time around, however stayed dry! Seemed quicker getting back this time around, must have used a different route. (November 2018 - Primary School)

This is a fun educational trip. Is weather dependent though - if wet weather do not think the trip would be nearly as enjoyable. (November 2018 - Primary School)

Not so satisfied with their inflexibility with restricted number of exit passes for special needs students, despite my prvious phone call. Maps are not widely available and signposting is confusing meaning a lot of unnecessary walking. Car park signage also needing improvement. (June 2018 - Secondary School)
