| Woodrow High House | It is a fantastic centre for the children. The instructors and the activities are excellent. I would give this centre 5 stars except for just 1 small thing which I also mentioned on my Woodrow evaluation. The timetable is well thought out leaving very little un-wanted down time; the food is hearty, wholesome and well portioned; 24 hour night staff manage the children brilliantly during the night; all children are challenged and engaged at all times! | SkiTeam4 | When booking with Skiteam4 we were promised a Eurotunnel crossing both ways. 2 weeks before departure we were notified of ferry crossing. After complaining got a Eurotunnel on way out. The itinerary of evening entertainment changed and we were not informed other than the rep in resort telling us. This caused several inconveniences. The coach broke down on day 3. The replacement ski buses were good, but again caused several inconveniences. The replacement coach was not 'luxury' in any way. DVD player didn't work, seats crammed in with limited leg room, with then a 11hour wait at the port of Calais made for a very uncomfortable journey home. To top it all off, absolutely ZERO correspondence or courtesy call from Skiteam4 for our entire visit. Will not be booking again with them, a real shame as the 4 previous visits have been good. | 02 March 2020 | |

| Hollingworth Lake WAC | didn't visit Water activity Centre on this occasion but previously found it great. This time we went to look at different birds and feed them. There were lots of birds but only a few varieties, however the learners enjoyed being so close and the birds responding to being fed. also a limited number of varieties made it easier to compare and identify varieties. | 02 March 2020 | |

| Chateau Beaumont | Chateau Beaumont were friendly and accommodating. Accommodations are basic but serve the purpose. My main concern is that some of the staff had very little ability to speak French. The two main contact had very good French but the others, interacting with students as kitchen staff and activity leaders had very poor control of the language.
