Great open air location (March 2020 - Primary School)

(December 2019 - Secondary School)

(November 2019 - Secondary School)

I felt the venue was fantastic and had the potential to be an amazing experience. The pupils enjoyed their time they spent there. However, I felt the content of the Teddy Bear's Picnic activities was not challanging enough for our pupils. Our children were asking lots of questions about the various trees however the guides we were working with didn't seem keen to answer our pupil's questions or didnt appear to know the answers to what the were asking. I realise this was not relevant to the content of the Teddy's Bears Picnic workshop but I felt a lot of the pupil's curiousites were brushed off by the guides. I also felt our guide was not particularly patient with our pupils. There were a few occasions where some of our pupils wanted to point out something they had seen or wanted to show their teddy and the guide was quite short with them. Overall, our pupils did enjoy the experience but I feel the workshop content coul have been more in depth and challenging and the guides more child friendly. (June 2019 - Primary School)

Well organised and safe. Great venue. (September 2018 - Secondary School)
