All the children had a great time! Despite worries about being away from home, they were kept too busy to think about it. We had a few (expected) tears at bedtime, but all other worries such as food, taking part in activities etc were easily settled by the friendly staff, clean accommodation and delicious child friendly food. As there are a wide range of opportunities for the children to experience learning outside of the classroom, it fits into many areas of the curriculum. Links were planned to enable the Y6 group to develop their skills in a new setting. (March 2024 - Primary School)

Stanley Head was fantastic. The activities were all very well run by the leaders and the children were able to all participate in a great variety of new experiences. The site was very well run and the accommodation was good. (December 2022 - Primary School)
