| Yorkshire Wildlife Park | Prior to the visit, contact with the park was excellent, whether by phone or e-mails. We were greeted upon arrival by a member of staff and everything was well-organised. We had booked a classification workshop which perfectly matched our Science curriculum (as planned) We had also linked the visit to our English unit, planning and writing a balanced argument about whether animals should be kept at Yorkshire Wildlife Park. The children greatly enjoyed their visit and there is a great variety of animals to view. The park is well laid-out with plenty of outdoor picnic areas.
