All the staff were friendly, supportive and professional around the children, they briefed the children on site safety, expectations and covid-19 procedures, and challenged them to take part in an encouraging manner.
There were one way systems in place for covid-19, lots of hand sanitiser stations around the site and tables were cleaned between each school in the dinner hall.
A fire drill was carried out in order for the children to know what to do in case of an actual alarm and all safety expectations for activities were outlined in a child friendly manner.
The dormitory doors to outside were able to be alarmed at night and children knew location of staff at night if necessary.
Supporting visit staff and centre staff were aware of any medical/pastoral needs and a useful introductory briefing given to all visiting staff by lead instructor. | 27 March 2022 |
