We spoke to the museum prior to the visit about what we wanted to achieve (to learn about the Staffordshire Hoard and to see it) and we were give 5 mins of 'free time' to wander round. The children didn't learn anything about the Staffordshire Hoard. (October 2024 - Primary School)

Even though parts of the museum were closed, the children really enjoyed the Spitfire exhibit and engaged well in finding out about the commonwealth, although some of the exhibits were a little scary for some children - stuffed animals. The Titanic exhibition was great and there was lots for the children to engage with. Staff at the museum were friendly, toilets were clean and the school lunch area was accessible, mostly clean with close toilets. (May 2022 - Primary School)

Very interesting workshops, really helped the children develop a sense of the culture of Ancient Greece. Preparation by the museum with regards Covid-19 was excellent. (October 2020 - Primary School)
