| Chateau Beaumont | The fire alarm system was verging on unsafe, meaning calls to senior leadership on our first night and additional measures we had to add to our processes and risk management in order to mitigate shortcomings. The latter included: - fire alarm not audible in all bathrooms/inaudible in the shower - if fire alarm sounds in one accommodation block, this is not audible on whole site. In addition, half of the rooms were without heating and half without hot water. Rooms were also not fully clean in certain cases. | 08 March 2023 | |
