Hellene travel were excellent at helping us through a difficult time due to the Coronavirus. They kept us updated and the travel app Vamoos was really helpful to use. (March 2020 - Secondary School)
Hellene:
- provided a travel rep (Maurizio) who was fantastic
- trial of a new app (Vamoos) to reduce amount of paperwork needing to be carried; would highly recommend; it is in development stages at the moment
- booking references easily accessible for tourist sites
- coaches and transfers were prompt and of a high quality
- Rome hotel will not be used again by our group (not enough to standards) but Sorrento hotel was brilliant
- breakfast and dinner provided was again to a very high quality and students were full and happy
- itinerary catered to all of my requests; will rethink some of the sites (e.g. swapping Spanish Steps for Ara Pacis on first day) (October 2019 - Secondary School)

Excellent new trip. Very pleased with sites, guide, hotel, food & travel. (June 2019 - Secondary School)
Issues with new destination. Itinerary had to be changed. Hotel accommodation included double beds contrary to my requests. Som restaurants were not satisfactory. Complaints made and substantial refund obtained. (June 2019)
Always use them for this trip. Have fine-tuned the itinerary with them over the years and they have a good undersatning of our requirements. (June 2019 - Secondary School)
Communication was not clear and not punctual. (April 2019)

Some issues with communication in several stages of the trip- GDPR forms, initial contact did not pass details over, poor Allegro (Italian) rep on day one, too many people to contact when Vesuvius was closed (largely sorted between staff and driver) etc. (October 2018 - Secondary School)
