| ZSL London Zoo | I loved that they shared educational trip maps showing places for large groups to eat, toilets, quiet spaces. really helpful. | NST Travel Group | Prado museum was difficult to book in England, despite communication being between them and a Spanish speaker. We paid £1 per person for headphones, as per NST directions, but then were told we also needed to pay for a guide. Prado refused to refund our £45 because we returned to them 45 minutes later, despite explaining that we could not leave the pupils unattended. Reina Sofia museum was much easier to organise. Groups need to enter around the back. Warner Brothers theme park is a good size to take pupils as it is not took big. | 19 July 2024 | |
