Some communication was good, like checking in on payments and a couple of days before booking. Contact on the day was poor. We needed to call as we were running late but there was no direct line to the specific venue. We were told by the call operator that someone from the specific venue would call back but no-one did. When we arrived, the staff on site said that no-one had contacted them to pass on our message. (July 2021 - Secondary School)

Really fun and professional. Staff are kind and helpful. Entry fee and paintballs are too expensive at £10 per 100 paintballs (July 2019 - Secondary School)
