A fantastic opportunity for the children to sleep on board a war museum. The staff are amazing and the trip on board is well organised. We opted for the gold package, which included food and two activities in the evening. They were good. The children were over tired, so one activity would have been enough. The sleeping arrangements are in bunk beds below deck, down hatches. Not for the claustrophobic! (October 2024 - Primary School)

Would have been 5 stars as last year, but we were left to sort out the packed lunch that we'd ordered but that hadn't been sent through to the catering staff. This put additional pressure on APS staff (and our concierge on the Belfast), and meant that the morning session was not delivered to the expected standard, we had to personally pay for and source 52 packed lunches, and exiting the ship was rushed and stressful. However, the Kip on a Ship leader has refunded the cost of the lunches and provided a discount for a future visit. We will return next year, as the venue is spectacular and recompense has been made. This was a great venue! For the first time, we had everything onboard - food, activities and beds. This made the trip so much more easy to manage as we were not having to leave the boat for an evening meal and walk to pass the time. Staff were brilliant, food was well cooked, if not a little basic, but the whole experience was loved by all! (June 2023 - Primary School)

A very worthwhile trip that all children were thoroughly engaged with throughout. The staff were extremely helpful answering any questions the children had. The venue really enabled the children to empathise with how life on the ship would have been like during World War II. We would use this venue again. (May 2019 - Primary School)
Excellent museum/place of interest. Fantastic facilities and artifacts. Students engaged with HMS Belfast and really understood the concept of remembrance and had a heightened sense of the sacrifice people took (December 2018 - Secondary School)
Great trip, would recommend to any year group. (November 2018 - Primary School)
