| NST Travel Group | Accommodation was poor, packed lunches were provided but we had to make them which took up a long time on day two. Water was not drinkable in the hotel but they only provided 6 extra bottles for 70 students. NST had got a coach driver last minute who only had just enough hours left on his quota and added a lot of stress to the journey as he kept saying if we were delayed he would have to stop driving and it wasn't his problem. The tour guide was quite rude to me and put his hand in my face to tell me to stop talking when I was asking an important question at the time of boarding the ferry.
