| Halsbury Travel Ltd | Our experience with Halsbury was generally good. Our tour coordinator and in resort rep were great. Our only negative point was that two weeks before the trip we were informed that our skiing hours were dropping from 5 hours per day to 4 hours per day. | Diverse School Travel | Diverse were fantastic throughout the planning of this complex trip abroad to Madrid with lots of moving parts. Lucy, who helped me throughout the process, was attentive to our needs and was in constant communication with me about the itinerary and updates. The trip ran incredibly smoothly, everything was booked perfectly and all staff on the trip commented on how well organised everything was. As a result of this staff were able to relax on the trip as they knew the itinerary was taken care of. The airport process was equally as smooth, all boarding passes were correct (I had actually misspelt a name which Lucy picked up one, thanks Lucy!!). | City of London - Hampstead Heath Education Centre | The volunteer group is called 'Heath Hands': they request help working on Hampstead Heath and educate the public about conservation, protecting flora and fauna in an urban environment, managing green spaces etc. It is a small outfit though, and this visit was rather disastrous because a torrential downpour meant trying to squeeze 60 children into their indoor space, which accommodates about 25. | 07 March 2024 | |

| Rayburn Tours Ltd | An outstanding visit supported by an excellent company. Support was provided at all levels and the risk assessments were provided in advance that could be reviewed with our students in mind. All activities during the visit were engaging and provided exciting opportunities for students to engage their geographical understanding in the physical landscape. Some amazing highlights including walking on crampons to the top of the snout of a glacier, bathing in geothermal pools and flying over Iceland were all eye opening and amazing experiences that will remain with students in the future. One quote from a student as that "It was the most electric trip ever" - and was reflected in a range of comments from students. Overall, an outstanding experience that I would recommend, supported by an outstanding company. Only change that I would make would be to add one more member of staff to enable greater coverage of any support required and also to slot in more activities - potentially an extra day or swap out activities to change it up every two years.
