| Surrey Sports Park | Staff were very attentive with pupils. I was welcomed by Matthew, a member of staff. He directed us to the toilets. He then found us, stamped our tickets, checked us in. I was able to ask him multiple questions regarding the venue. The pupils had a great time and would be happy to plan and organise this trip next year. All pupils apart from 2 were on time and pick u was very straight forward. On reflection, I need to remember to collect the blue wristbands which were given to the children at the start of the trip. | 25 April 2023 | |

| Equity | Initial communication with Equity was excellent. However, communication predeparture was not very forthcoming from the individual I dealt with. They were unable to answer many of my questions. It was only when I spoke to their colleague did I get clear details about the services Equity would provide. Airport support was excellent and efficient. The rep in Sorrento was superb - helpful and very knowledgeable.
