| Rayburn Tours Ltd | The accommodation was excellent and the staff were so helpful. Our two performance venues were great. The issues I had were all linked to our specific agent at Rayburn Tours. When we arrived there weren’t enough rooms, (even though I had emailed to check this several times), we had no tickets for the theme park and we were supposed to have had them. The hostel had not been updated on our meal requirements (which the agent at the tour operator had made a mistake with previously). The organisation of the Sunday meant quite a lot of time was spent r travelling. Everything was sortable but it was a bit of a hassle. | 27 July 2023 | |
